Shell making process is a key part of the precision casting process

Shell making process in general can be divided into five steps, respectively, for the surface layer, 2-4 layers for the reinforcement layer, sealing layer, such as Figure 1-3:
usually we define 18 kinds of defects related to the shell, and easy to occur, shell making process is also a high incidence of occupational diseases, so making the shell is both the focus and the difficulty.
Our company has long been attaching importance to the control of the shell-making process, to achieve quality control, cost control, humane care synchronization.
1.Quality control: the key to the quality of shell making lies in the control of the temperature and humidity of the environment and the concentration of the slurry, as in Figure 4, the concentration of the slurry for each layer is recorded; as in Figure 5 and Figure 6, according to the characteristics of each layer, respectively, the configuration of constant temperature and humidity machine and constant temperature dehumidifier;
2.Cost control: according to many years of experience, we choose the material to do input and save parallel, in the surface sand, in order to control the cost, we according to the characteristics of the product were used zircon sand and white corundum; in the 2-4 layer, in order to improve the strength of the shell, we choose the best domestic Jinyan brand mullite sand, such as Figure 7:
3.Humanistic care: the production of shells has been a high incidence of occupational diseases, our company has always attached importance to the physical and mental health of employees, in the attention of the staff's own protection at the same time to spend a lot of money to invest in dust removal equipment, in order to improve the operating environment.
