For the EGR cooler in the automobile exhaust gas treatment system and the sea and fresh water heat exchanger for ships, the precision castings are usually hermetically sealed parts; therefore, in the manufacturing process, the sealing inspection process is essential to ensure that the sealing performance of the precision castings meets the design requirements, and through the sealing inspection, the casting defects such as porosity and cracks in the precision castings can be identified, so as to make the defective products intercepted in the manufacturer's internal, to ensure that the client's components will not leak or fail in the process of use.

Job Description:

1、the team leader in the first 5 minutes before work to organize a morning meeting, inform the work of the precautions and quality issues, the implementation of today's production plan.
2、Turn on the sealing test equipment, start test preparation.
3、The use of leakage sealing samples for sealing test verification, to verify that the equipment is working properly.
4、Start the product testing of the main production

1)Check the machined surfaces and holes of the previous process for any obvious abnormalities such as indentation and shrinkage;
2)Check that the pressure gauge shows a value ≥ 0.5MPa and the time relay value shows 60S;
3)Use an air gun to clean the water from the tooling and products;
4)Use a wrench to screw the screw plug with the seal into the product thread;
5)Place the product to be inspected into the positioning slot of the tooling;
6)First start the pressure switch, so that the hydraulic lever down against the product, and then start the air pressure switch inflatable, after the workpiece is automatically submerged in the water to start the test pressure, the test pressure process to observe the surface of the water there is no air bubbles from the inside of the product, there is a description of the product air leakage;
7)After the test pressure is completed, press the compression switch to loosen the product automatically, take out the product, unscrew the sealing bolts on the product, use the air gun to clean up the water on the product, put the defective product into the defective product box and mark it, and put the qualified product into the turnover box;
5、After the end of production, fill in the test record sheet and turn off the power of the equipment;
