New project development

Recently, our company has successfully received a new project order from a famous enterprise, which is two kinds of copper alloy precision castings, and the names of the parts are called inlet and outlet water caps and return water caps;

Project Background: used in the marine industry engine components sea fresh water heat exchanger in the parts, due to seawater has a strong corrosive, so for the parts of the material has certain requirements, the two parts of the material: ZCuZn16Si4;.

Delivery time: 40 days; SOP time: December 2024; Annual quantity: 5000 sets；

This turnaround time is very challenging for factory production;

The reasons are as follows:

1. The cycle time for developing investment casting molds usually takes at least 30 days;

2. The production cycle of the product requires at least 25 days;

3. Drawings are not yet finalized, technical communication and curing takes 5 days；

 So according to the routine delivery of samples at least 60 days time, and the customer's needs are far from;

In response, our project manager immediately organized an internal review meeting for the new project and invited the boss to attend together to ensure resource linkage and compression of each production node .    

Currently, we are proceeding normally according to the customer's delivery time node. Although the whole development time is compressed, we never compress the key processes because it will affect the final quality of the product, such as the shell making process;
