Principle

 Machining center by the CNC system to control the running track of the tool or workpiece, through the motor, hydraulic system and other transmission devices to drive the relative movement of the tool or workpiece, the cutting edge of the tool and the contact with the workpiece, the workpiece on the material cutting down, to achieve the shape of the workpiece, the size of the precise processing, in order to meet the customer for the functional requirements of the product.

Production Capacities

• We currently have 34 machining centers, 60% of which are equipped with 4-axis converters;
• Full coverage of mature products using batch production tooling;
• While ensuring consistent quality, our overall processing capacity reaches 250,000 pieces per month, and this scale enables us to fulfill customer deliveries with ease;

Process requirements

• carry out the daily inspection of the equipment before the start of the shift, because the normal operation of the equipment is the foundation of the production, Ningbo Pingheng has always attached great importance to the work of the equipment inspection.
• Prepare the products to be processed, put them into the corresponding processing tooling and clamp them as required;
• Press the start switch to begin processing;
• After processing, loosen the workpiece, take out the product, and blow the surface of the workpiece with an air gun to remove the purpose of the chip liquid on the surface of the workpiece, to ensure that the product is as clean as possible;
• The use of gauges to self-measure the processing size, and record, such as the size of the excessively poor, suspension of processing and newspaper management personnel;
• Putting qualified products into the swing frame

Processing quality as an important part of the finished product quality of the workpiece, such as can not be strictly controlled, will lead to the use of the workpiece in the client's performance has been affected; such as dimensional deviation, easily caused by the client's installation interferences; machining cutter marks easily caused by the leakage of seals and so on;
