1、Client Background

2、Product technical requirements

1）Material usedZCuSn10P1,Chemical composition and mechanical properties performed GB/T 1176；Single-cast test rods，tensile strength R≥220MPa,yield strength Rp0.2≥130MPa,elongation A≥3%，Brinell hardness≥80HBW；

2）Material molding using investment casting process，Casting tolerance execution GB/T 6414-DCTG6-GCTG7

   DS  A、B、C，External roughness Ra6.3,Sprue and riser residual bumps shall be within the tolerance of the blank, the pit does not affect the evaluation of the machined dimensions, there shall be no casting defects that affect the function of use；

3）Scope of defects：

     Cracks, pores and feather crystals are not allowed on the surface of the casting；

     Small surface inclusions are not allowed, large surface inclusions are not allowed to be larger than0.5mm²；

     Graininess and looseness ≤3 grades；

4）After machining of the B reference hole (after cutting approx. 1mm) no loose holes larger than 1mm² are allowed.

5）The substances used meet the requirements of GB/T 30512 and CE RoHs2.0 regulations and directives.

3、Product size requirements

Customers require the provision of blank products, machining by the customer's own responsibility, in order to ensure that the qualification rate of machining and control of machining costs, customers for the blank drawings, involving machining of the face are marked with the symbols of the shape and position tolerance, so this requires us in addition to strict control of the process of the process, for the upcoming outflow of the product, involving the position of the machined surface, the need to use the detection tool, to conduct a 100% factory inspection;
