1. Since silicone sol investment casting is an area that produces huge products with sealing requirements, there are strict control requirements for the casting process.
2. Copper has a lower melting point than steel when cast, and it liquefies at a relatively decent level of fluidity. However, this can easily result in uneven flow of the liquid metal in the mold.
3. Oxidation issues are easily caused by copper during the casting process.
The low qualification rate of copper precision casting can be attributed to the aforementioned traits.
