II. Working principle of vertical pumps:
      The operating principle of vertical pumps relies heavily on the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to raise the pressure of the liquid stage by stage. Specifically, the liquid enters the pump casing through the inlet and is then fed into the first stage impeller. Under the action of the impeller, the liquid is separated into two directions: radial and axial. The liquid flowing in the radial direction converts kinetic energy into static energy between the vanes and gradually compresses outward, thereby increasing the water pressure. Next, the liquid is further compressed by the impeller and flows into the second stage impeller. At each level of the impeller, the liquid undergoes a similar compression process and the pressure gradually builds up. As the liquid passes through all stages of the impeller, its pressure increases significantly. Finally, the compressed liquid is sent out through the outlet of the pump casing for water supply, drainage, refrigeration systems, and other applications.
The structure of vertical multistage pumps mainly consists of two main parts: inlet and outlet. The liquid in the inlet part enters the pump body from the suction pipe, and after passing through the multistage impellers, the liquid is lifted up step by step to the outlet part, and then is discharged from the pump body. The pressure in the pump body is generated by the centrifugal force formed when the multi-stage impeller rotates under the action of liquid.
Vertical multi-stage pump is a kind of water pump that generates centrifugal force through the rotation of the impeller, which uses a series of impellers arranged on the pump shaft to make water flow under the specific action of the impeller. As the water flows through each impeller, the pressure of the water increases, resulting in a high-pressure flow of water.
